This district has a rectangle shape with Sheikh Zayed Road situated along. Al Wasl, Business Bay, Zabeel and Trade Centre districts are situated nearby. The road to International Dubai Airport would take approximately 15 minutes via Sheikh Zayed Road or via Al Khail Road on public transport.

Downtown Dubai is the centre of the city with extensive infrastructure. Besides huge number of boutiques, beauty salons, restaurants and entertainment centres for the tourists there are also medical centres, kindergartens, schools, banks and supermarkets situated in the walking distance.

Burj Khalifa.

Stalagmite alike skyscraper tower with 828 metres high became the tallest building in the world. The total area is 31 hectares.

Burj Khalifa sparks interest among the city visitors because of the observation platform “At the Top” situated on 148 floor – on 555 metres high – and the exclusive fine dining restaurant situated on 122 floor.

Dubai Fountain

Dubai Fountain. The centre of Downtown Dubai district is occupied by artificial lake Burj Khalifa with the total area of 12 hectares.

The main feature of this spot is dancing and singing fountains.

Since 2009 the tourists can watch the magnificent free show embodied with the help of 6 000 light sources and approximately 100 different multicolored search-lights.

The fountain`s water streams arise up to 152 meters in accompany of classical and Arabic music. The total amount of the water lifted into the air is 83 000 liters.
